⦿ The Biloxi II – is the four-bedroom cousin to another quintessential luxury Barndominium. It is loaded with features and is easily adaptable to a number of changes. It was our first Barndo series designed with a second story loft. It is spacious, luxurious, cozy, and functional – all at the same time.
⦿ The Biloxi II is two story Barndominium. It is about 3,900 square feet of living space. It has four bedrooms. There are three baths. The great room is impressive with its oversized fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and garage door access. There is a kitchen area adjacent to the great room with a large island. A large well-appointed pantry is tucked just out of sight. There is a flex space next to the downstairs laundry and second bedroom. There is a loft upstairs next to two bedrooms.
⦿ The front porch is under its own gable roof. The L-shaped side porch is over a 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space. It can be easily modified to add an outdoor kitchen (not included in this version).
